Mitchell Robert Leslie, age 42, most recently of Mineral, VA passed away November 10, 2009 at UVA Medical Center in Charlottesville, VA after a life long battle with congenital heart disease. Mitchell was born July 13, 1967 in Prince Georges County, MD.
He was preceded in death by his older brother, Robert Harold Leslie in December 2006. He is survived by his parents, Robert E. Leslie and Deloice R. Leslie, a younger brother, Ronald R. Leslie, 5 nieces and nephews, a great niece and a great nephew.
The family will receive friends from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Friday, November 13, 2009 at Woodward Funeral Home, 200 Fredericksburg Ave., Louisa, VA 23093. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, November 14, 2009 at Woodward Funeral Home with interment following at Spring Grove Cemetery in Mineral, VA.
