Myrtle Louise Bickley, 80, of Louisa, passed away November 16, 2009 at her residence. She was born August 7, 1929 in Delaware to John Hunley and Minnie Boyer Hunley. Myrtle retired from Louisa Manufacturing. She was a member of Yanceyville Christian Church in Louisa.
Myrtle is survived by her son, Ralph E. Bickley and his wife Debra of Louisa, a brother George Hunley of Richmond, a sister, Bea Buckler of Maryland, two granddaughters, Bobbie Jo Bickley of Louisa and Virginia Bickley of Richmond, two great-grandchildren, Benjamin Smith of Louisa, and Alyssa Bickley of Richmond and numerous nieces and nephews. Her husband, Floyd Edwin Bickley, Jr. and her parents precede her in death.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, November 19, 2009 at Woodward Funeral Home in Louisa. A graveside service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Friday, November 20, 2009 at Hillcrest Cemetery in Louisa.
