Gladys Dunivan Harper, 92, of Mineral, VA passed away at her residence, on Friday, November 20, 2009. Mrs. Harper is preceded in death by her parents; James & Bessie Dunivan; her husband; Henry W. Harper, a son; Kenneth (Jack) Harper, two sisters and two brothers.
She is survived by her daughter; Ann H. Ripley and her husband Don, her granddaughter, Connie Lloyd and her husband Dwayne, her grandson; Kenny Harper and his wife Dale, great-granddaughters; Sarah Perkinson and Elizabeth Lloyd, her great-grandson; Harper Lloyd, her daughter-in-law; Jesse Harper, two sisters; Merle Butler and Doris Brockwell, and devoted friend Myrtle Jackson.
A funeral service will be conducted 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 22nd at Woodward Funeral Home Chapel officiated by Rev. Todd McCoy; family will receive friends one hour prior to service. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Louisa, Virginia.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Louisa Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 522, Louisa, Virginia 23093.
