Ronald Dean "Pop" Schee, 73, of Bumpass, passed away Wednesday, December 23, 2009 at his home. He was born September 11, 1936 in rural Warren County, Iowa to Lewis William Schee and Anna Lucille Stone Schee.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife of 50 years, Carol L. "MEMAW" Schee and his sister, Donna D. Schee.
He is survived by his son, Ronald L. Schee, his daughter, Jaci M. Todd and her husband Randy and their children, Randy D. Todd and Krystle D. Todd all of Bumpass, and two brothers, Jim Schee of Iowa and Ray Schee of Missouri and many nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, December 28, 2009 at Woodward Funeral Home in Louisa. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. The Rev. Josh Turner will be officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Mineral. Pallbearers will be Randy D. Todd, Barbara Fisher, Bryan Hunsaker, Doug Berhalter, Bill Musser and Rich Swartz.
