Iris L. Sidle, 91, of Louisa, passed away Saturday, February 13, 2010. She was born February 7, 1919 in Chicago, Illinois to John Anderson and Ada Anderson.
She resided in San Antonio, Texas for 45 years where she was a member of Pilgrim Presbyterian Church and worked until retiring from HUDD.
Iris is survived by her daughter, Robin Burdge and her husband Jim of Bumpass, Virginia, 3 granddaughters and several great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; Earl Sidle, her daughter; Deborah Sidle Barber, and her three brothers; John Anderson, Jr., Forrest Anderson and Frank Anderson of Joliet, Illinois.
A memorial service will be held at Pilgrim Presbyterian Church in San Antonio, Texas followed by interment at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at a later date.
